Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interacting with the customers on call, chat or email.
- Resolve their queries related to orders
- Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.
- Handling pressure under adverse situations.
Desired Candidate Profile: - This requirement is only for specially abled.
- Should be fluent in English.
- Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off
- Should be Comfortable with rotational night Shifts
- Should be Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
