Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Sales Manager to join our team. As a Resort Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective management of the sales team. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maximize revenue opportunities within the resort.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
