As a Recruiting Consultant, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process by sourcing, selecting, and attracting qualified candidates for various positions. This is a hybrid role, meaning you have the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in our Warangal office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract skilled candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting The Golden Rise's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in our systems.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement effective solutions.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
