Designation: Brand Marketing Manager Experience required: 4-5 yrs Salary upto 80 k / month (9.60 LPA depends on skillsets and experience) Working days: Mon. to Sat. ALL THE CANDIDATES COMING MUST BE IN FORMALS FOR THE INTERVIEW IN OFFICE. 1. Event Management: - Plan and execute offline marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, and community engagement activities. - Coordinate logistics, venue selection, and promotional materials for successful event execution.

2. Outdoor Advertising: - Develop and implement outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards, banners, and transit ads. - Identify strategic locations for outdoor ads to maximize visibility and reach the target audience.

3. ODC (Outdoor Catering) Promotion: - Promote the company's outdoor catering services to corporate clients, event organizers, and individuals. - Develop marketing materials and promotional offers to attract ODC clients and drive sales.

4. Offline Partnerships and Sponsorships: - Identify potential partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses, organizations, and events. - Negotiate partnership agreements and sponsorship packages to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.

5. Local Marketing Initiatives: - Implement localized marketing initiatives such as community sponsorships, charity events, and grassroots campaigns. - Engage with local media, influencers, and community leaders to enhance brand presence and reputation.

6. Customer Feedback and Engagement: - Gather feedback from offline marketing initiatives and events to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Engage with customers face-to-face to build relationships, gather insights, and enhance brand loyalty.

7. Window Display of Store: - Regularly update window displays to reflect seasonal promotions.

8. In-Store Product Alignment: - Collaborate with the retail team to ensure optimal product placement and alignment within the store. - Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, accessibility, and appeal to customers. - Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize product assortment and placement for maximum impact.
