Job description
Hiring a Deputy General Manager-Stores (Warehouse management) for a leading Chemical Manufacturing MNC in Mahad, Maharashtra
Position: Deputy General Manager-Stores (Warehouse management)
Experience: 15-20 years
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Day to Day coordination with Supply chain team for timely receipt of RM, PM and FG dispatch,
2. Monitor & control of material receipts and FG dispatches.
3. Timely issue of RM, PM, engg items to respective depts
4. Compliance to statutory regulations related to 100% EOU
5 Timely data entries in SAP related to receipts, issues and dispatches,
6. Daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation of material, System vs physical stock verification
7. Monitor and control vehicle movement in the factory to minimise vehicle detention charges,
8. Formulate, monitor, review and control budget related to stores, Executing cost saving technique/measures for potential savings
9. ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 compliance
10. Inventory control as per the set guidelines for SFG/FG and Engineering spar
ESSENTIALDESIRABLE:
1.Knowledge of inventory management
2.Knowledge of 100 % EOU requirements.
3.Problem solving skill
4.Excise rules/regulation and regular updation
5.SAP knowledge
6.Able to handle various audits of system, EOU, Excise etc.
Note : Candidates from Chemical Manufacturing companies are only preferred.
Experience in Bulk chemicals/Specialty chemicals is required.
