Overview
Serenity SNOW Sr.Developer

In this position, you will be providing ServiceNow application developer and system administrator support for People Systems, comprised of Human Resources (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) subject areas. You will primarily support the initial implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Serenity EHS, a purpose-built EHS software solution built on ServiceNow and the ongoing development and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD module. This role must be available for US working hours (CST preferably).
Responsibilities
Actively participate in all implementation workshops, requirement gathering sessions and ensure full understanding of Serenity s architecture and environment.
Actively participate in the review of requirement and design specifications.
Create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts mapped to requirements, workflow, and system design documents to ensure proper coverage.
Develop workflows and system enhancements based on updated user requirements post go-live.
Provide technical input into the People Systems (Human Resource and Environment, Health and Safety) IT Roadmaps, including the EHS software rollout, implementation of new modules, and major upgrades
Participate discussions with Serenity EHS regarding new ServiceNow features and functionality and contribute to recommendations for process improvements.
Participate as needed with necessary ServiceNow platform upgrade, clone, and maintenance processes.
Duties include:
o working with EHS and HR Product Owners and Project Managers to understand requirements from business users
o collaborate with Rivian ServiceNow team to understand existing ServiceNow environment
o serve as a primary technical liaison between Serenity EHS and Rivian
o participate in change process for all new changes on the platforms for HR and EHS
o follow Rivian defined coding standards and release approach
o define and document user interfaces, support systems and data requirements
o develop functional specifications and system design specifications
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Certified System Administrator
3-4 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Certified Application Developer
Experience in an agile development environment (i. e., scrum, kanban, etc.)
Familiar with newer product features in ServiceNow including App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
Strong ServiceNow technical breadth and depth spanning various modules including ITSM and HRSD.
Intermediate level skills in JavaScript, Angular, XML, JSON & CSS
Certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (required)
o ServiceNow HRSD Administrator (preferred)

(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
