Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional IT talent to support our company's ongoing growth and success. You will work closely with the HR and management teams to source, screen, and place candidates who meet the organization's IT requirements and culture. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong networking skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and assess potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific IT staffing needs, including job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new IT hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Generate reports and analytics on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
  • 4+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-focused environment.
  • A deep understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and trends.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates using various methods and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling job descriptions and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams to meet staffing goals.
