Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Renewable Energy - Solar Panel Installation and Erection
Qualifications / Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy or solar PV systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet project deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Site Assessment and Planning
- Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate the suitability of solar panel installations.
- Assess environmental factors and energy potential to optimize system performance.
- Optimize system layout and configuration for maximum energy efficiency and output.
- Lead the installation and erection of solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted arrays.
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure proper mounting and structural integrity.
- Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance checks on installed solar PV systems.
- Conduct performance assessments to verify system functionality and efficiency.
- Commission systems and conduct operational tests to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Resources Planning, Organising and Completing the day to day and Project Completion Schedule.
