Job description
Increase the performance of paid search and paid social channels on platforms such as Google, Bing, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, Conversions, CPA).
Manage Performance Mattering Analysts to maximise growth for the brands across countries.
Own the PPC and CRO data and results - managing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly KPIs
Own and improve reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
Take responsibility for A/B testing, improving landing page CRO, and targeting.
Discover new opportunities through keyword research, industry trends and competitor analysis.
Provide data-driven insights to help the brands achieve their targets.
Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Be a proactive member of the team; seeking out wider areas of improvement and working to take ideas from concept through to delivery.
