Job Overview

We are hiring a Technical Trainer for our company, Crypton. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our team of developers. This is a Full-Time position based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. The salary range for this role will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Fresher with good communication skilll are eligable.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with software development and full-stack web development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for self-learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
  • Experience in training or teaching is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical training programs to enhance the skills of our development team
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations, documents, and online resources
  • Assess the training needs of our developers and provide tailor-made training sessions
  • Develop and maintain hands-on exercises and coding challenges to reinforce learning
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate into training programs
  • Provide technical support and guidance to developers during their training period
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and recruit potential technical trainees
  • Coordinate with other trainers and team leads to ensure consistent training delivery and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
