Job description

  1. Achieve monthly sales target

  2. Lead conversion from incoming calls/chat.

  3. Connect with more customers and engage them for sales

  1. Pickup incoming calls almost 100 daily and filter the potential leads for sales.

  2. Prepare leads follow up/potential customer database

  3. Engage with local sales executive for assignment of leads and conversion

Requirements

  1. Proventtrackrecordofbusinessdevelopment,leadconversionandinboundsales

  2. PreferredB.tech/Graduate/BBA/MBA

  3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language

  4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years

  5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Sales Team.

  6. Knowledge of CRMs like Zoho, Sales Force etc.
