Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Product Data Hub (PIM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle PIM solutions, with extensive experience in data modeling, data governance, and data quality management. As an Oracle PIM Specialist, you will be responsible for leading Oracle PIM implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality PIM systems that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities : - Lead Oracle Product Data Hub (PIM) implementation projects, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.- Configure and customize Oracle PIM to meet the specific needs of clients, including data model design, attribute management, and classification schema setup.- Integrate Oracle PIM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.- Define data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of product data across the enterprise.- Implement data quality management processes and tools to cleanse, standardize, and enrich product data to meet business requirements.- Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle PIM systems, including configuration guides, data dictionaries, and user manuals.- Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle PIM systems and maximize return on investment.- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in PIM and master data management (MDM), particularly in areas such as cloud-based PIM solutions, AI-powered data enrichment, and data governance best practices.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using Oracle PIM data and insights. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- 8-10 years of experience in implementing Oracle Product Data Hub (PIM) solutions.- Strong proficiency in Oracle PIM, including data modeling, attribute management, and classification schema setup.- Experience integrating Oracle PIM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.- Experience defining data governance policies and procedures for product data management.- Experience implementing data quality management processes and tools to cleanse, standardize, and enrich product data.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of clients.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in Oracle Product Data Hub (PIM) or related Oracle MDM solutions.- Experience with Oracle Data Quality Management (DQM) or similar data quality tools.- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle GoldenGate.- Experience with cloud-based PIM solutions such as Oracle Cloud Product Hub or Oracle Product Data Hub Cloud Service.- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle ERP Cloud. - Experience with industry-specific PIM solutions such as retail PIM, manufacturing PIM, or healthcare PIM.
