Job description
POSITION - Engineer (Quality&Digital)
To manage in-process, supplier & Final product quality. Customer complaint analysis & resolution.
1. Quality
· Work with operations functions to develop and execute process control plan & ensure quality standards of products
· Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
· Monitoring the all in-process and reporting deviations further develop solutions
· RCA for repetitive rejections & waivers
· Auditing systems based on ISO 9001 SOP & work Instructions
· Develop & update SOP's based on RCA actions
· Raw material inspection procedures & adherence
· Supplier evaluation system defining & auditing
2. Customer complaints
· Effectively handle Customer complaints. Providing response & updates to CFT
· Investigate the root cause of customer complaints and work with relevant departments to resolve them.
· Keeping track of all complaints, customer, application, root cause, check lists to monitor actions
· Utilizing problem solving tools for analysis
3. Digital 4.0
· Define, drive & implement process & product connectivity with SCADA, WMS , MES, cloud based & Ignition systems
· Knowledge on understanding type of PLC's, connecting devices on digital platform
· Understanding the effective process flow required & capture critical process/product parameters to provide real time alerts for reduction of defects & waivers.
