Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive in Indore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer support, sales, communication, and customer service. The Telesales Executive will need to make outbound calls to potential customers, qualify leads, provide information about our offerings, and close sales deals.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
Cold call people using a given lead.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices, etc. and
present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their
needs.
Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Salary Upto 25k in hand plus performance based incentives.
