• Coordinate with branches to ensure: documentation is collected from candidates, medicals
• are arranged, visas are applied for and flights are arranged;
• Maintain a tracker for every candidate in process;
• Prepare documents or reports as required by management;
• Utilize company's ERP system;
• Deal with clients in a polite and professional manner;
• Write emails with updates to clients;
• Answer client queries in a diplomatic manner.

• 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources department in the UAE
• Or a Recruitment company Company which recruits candidates from overseas.
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Attention to detail;
• Good IT skills;
• Good people skills;
