Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Recruitment at Sigachi Pharma located in our corporate office in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager Recruitment will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and hiring of candidates across various roles. The Assistant Manager Recruitment will also be responsible for profiling candidates, interviewing and assessing their technical and cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to source right, screen right, interview right & position right all candidates who fit our requirements.
• Plan & implement best in class hiring practices to include candidate experience, interviewer effectiveness & follow-up with stakeholders towards win-win closures.
• Monitor, track, report progress of hiring status on a pre-defined period to relevant stakeholders.
• Be responsible & accountable for hiring metrics – Turn around time, throughput, aging etc.
• Establish clear hiring process flow that starts from the requisition till joining followed by induction & onboarding.
• Maintain & publish MIS reports that demonstrate hiring efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pre-requisites:

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 - 8 years of recruitment experience.
• Candidates with proven experience and expertise of delivering results in B2B sales/Pharma/Manufacturing hiring would be preferred.
• Must be tech savvy to deploy, implement & execute HR tech solutions as a way of operations.
• Must be proficient in engaging with leadership candidates, and position both the job and company positively.
• Significant experience in a complex, matrixed, service-orientated operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
