Dhitva is an early stage startup working in the space of Edtech. We at Dhitva want to bring in the latest technology to Kindle imagination. Dhitva embarks on new age technology like AR VR and mixed reality to simplify the concepts and make learning fun engaging and interesting.

VR can assist in transforming students from passive spectators to active participants in the learning process. Students may go riskfree to the distant reaches of the planet or to impossible regions like the subatomic world to experiment with physics. About the Job Role

Dhitva is looking for young talented and selfdriven people to join our team. We are seeking to hire Founders Office Intern. As a Founders Office Intern you will gain handson experience in a dynamic startup environment and will work closely with our founders. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills in leadership organisation and project management while contributing to the growth of our company

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Assist and support the Founders in day to day operations.
  2. Organise and manage schedules and appointments for the Founders.
  3. Conduct preliminary market research on emerging trends in the industry.
  4. Assist in coordination of company events including logistics and procurement.
  5. Coordinate and schedule company meetings and prepare meeting notes.
  6. Work with the Founders to oversee various projects and initiatives.
  7. Create and maintain a filing system for all company documents and records.
  8. Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities at different times.
  9. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including investors strategic partners and internal stakeholders
  10. Spearhead and coordinate companywide meetings on behalf of the CEO
  11. Assist in building business process documentation to support the venture establishment
  12. Business and corporate strategic planning shall include lead generation strategies industry analysis market research and strategy value assessment. A lot of databased research and strategymaking will be required here
  13. Work closely across multiple functions (product growth sales and engineering) to optimise and execute strategic partnerships
  14. Screening resumes and application forms scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates & interviewers

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  4. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  5. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  6. Proven ability to be a selfstarter and proactive problem solver.
