Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Development:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the business goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create buyer personas.
- Research competitors and industry trends.

- Develop a content calendar outlining themes, topics, and posting schedules.

Content Creation & Curation:
- Create original and engaging content, including text, images, and videos.

- Develop a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
Social Media Platform Management (Posting & Scheduling):
- Schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Optimize posting times based on audience behavior.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Ensure that each post adheres to platform-specific guidelines. Â

 Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze data to assess the performance of social media efforts.
- Generate regular reports to share insights with the team.
- Adjust strategies based on the analysis of performance data. Â

Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan and develop social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create compelling visuals and messaging for campaigns.

Ad Management:
- Develop targeted social media advertising campaigns.
- Set advertising budgets and define campaign objectives.
