Software Engineer (Support)

Required Skills And Experience Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (Electronics, Maths & Computing, Information
technology)
- If the person has done a Bachelor's only their graduation date should be in or before 2021.
- If the person has done a Master's degree their graduation date should be in or before 2022
Location: Based out of nonUS geographies (LATAM, Australia, Eastern Europe and Asia)
3+ years of experience as a software engineer, system administrator, or similar
1+ years of experience in a customerfacing technical support role
At least 1 year of experience in MongoDB/ NoSQL and Python
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript with contributions to productionready systems
Working knowledge of ML and AI
Experience with AWS
- Key competencies: JavaScript/ React/ Next/ __.js, AWS/Cloud/Backend (Bonus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, team environment
