Job description

( Minimum qualification should be B.Tech & M.Tech And Exp 25+ YEARS)

1 He should have good knowledge of fabrication of cement ball mills and heavy machinery Equipment.

2 He should have good knowledge of Machine shop & Assembly.

1. He can handle training & development planning for engineers and workmen.
2. He can handle trouble shooting. If there will be any problem in production deptt., they will approach you and you have to solve the problem.
3. Development of machinery for capital use.
4. Jig fixture tools for the item made first time
5. Cost cutting, Measure by implementing new machine tools, new methods of fabrication & fitting shop, power saving in the machines, scrap etc.
6. Making of quality assurance plan & checking all the files of quality deptt. of the job completed as per QAP.
7. Auditing of files of quality deptt. Intermittently and report to Directors
8. Reply of customer letters and problem solving at site.
9. With the help of past records of productivity, fabrication, mc shop, welding, fitting, provide improvement plan to group head.
10. Route card of new jobs
11. Resource planning of new jobs
12. Macro level, 6 months planning & recommendation to the management.
13. Location will be in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.
14. Salary will be negotiable.
