Job Title : Strategic HR

Location : Kolhapur (Gokulshirgaon)

Salary: 7LPA to 10LPA Per Annum

Experience : Minimum 8 Year

Qualification : MBA HR & MHW HR

Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Strategic HR Manager to oversee our medium- and long-term growth plans and build our HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in a senior HR role with in-depth knowledge of global HR developments. They will be responsible for formulating an HR vision, deciding on a strategic HR direction, and building plans to achieve organizational goals. The Strategic HR Manager will need vision, big-picture thinking, and a willingness to instigate change. They will also require collaborative skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an HR vision and establish a strategic HR direction to build plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Achieve buy-in and active support across the organization
  • Implement and drive change processes
  • Monitor and report on results
  • Build HR plans that address management structures, learning and development needs, remuneration options, and organizational development
  • Improve performance through programs such as staff development, engagement, and career progression, onboarding, staffing, and recruitment
  • Implement, make, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency
  • Build industrial relation strategies
  • Develop compensation and rewards structures
  • Maintain standards that meet or exceed industry benchmarks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation Requirements:
  • MBA in HR or MHW in HR
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR developments
  • Strategic planning, change management, and organizational development expertise
  • Vision, big-picture thinking, and a willingness to instigate change
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
