Job description
One of our prestigious clients in the Maritime Industry is looking to hire a Project Procurement coordinator to be based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
Your future role & Job Purpose:
We are looking to hire Project Procurement Coordinator expected to be a focal point who coordinate and communicate all project related maters between PSCM and other internal stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review the received MRs and make sure all related documents is provided.
- Distribute the MRs among the buyers in coordination with purchasing division head and keep tracking.
- Conduct weekly review meeting with purchasing team and other stakeholders.
- Develop tracking sheets and make sure of proper update.
- Coordinate new missing or returned documents/drawings etc between PSCM and internal stakeholders such as but not limited Engineering/Operations/BD.
- Attend project meetings to coordinate and update the status of materials/services flow.
- Providing detailed updates to all stakeholders on the status of document submittals and requests to/from PSCM.
- Providing timely information and support to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the company warehouse/project team to ensure GRN/SES is completed and posted in ERP system.
- Verifies/reviews makes necessary copies prepare transmittal letters and forwards to Logistics Team.
- Review proposals with technical team for compliance of project requirements.
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities and misc. expediting functions as required to support the Project.
Who we are looking for:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant position.
Education: Minimum bachelors degree in business administration or in related Engineering Degree or in related.
Competencies (Knowledge Skills & Abilities)
Language: Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English
