JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate must have good patent drafting ability US or EP applications.

Should have at least 13 years of drafting experience.

Primarily the candidate should be able to draft patent applications independently i.e. the candidate should be well versed with patent specification drafting.

The candidate should have a bachelors or masters degree in Electronics or Computer Science engineering.

Domain expertise in following technologies AR/VR AI/ML image processing Blockchain & IoT will be a plus.

The candidate should have excellent patent drafting ability, US or EP applications. Preferably should have at least 5-8 years of drafting experience. Primarily, the candidate should be able to draft patent applications independently, i.e., the candidate should be well versed with claim and specification drafting and should be able to individually conduct inventor and attorney interviews. The candidate should have bachelor s or master s in Electronics/Mechanical engineering or Computer Science engineering. Domain expertise in following technologies, AR/VR, AI/ML, image processing, Blockchain, & IoT. Team management. Preferably a Patent Agent.
