MECHANICAL ROTARY ENGINEER- JOB DECRIPTION

Job Description: (Immediate requirement)

1. Engineering & selection of Horizontal, Vertical, Screw, dosing, and submergible Pumps & other rotary equipment (Agitator, Blowers, compressor, etc.,) and packaged equipment systems in compliance with international standards and project specifications.
2. Preparation of:
3. Technical Specification
4. Mechanical Data Sheet
5. Material Requisition
6. Technical Bid Evaluation & Selection - Review vendor documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and discrepancy resolution.
7. Technical bid tabulation
8. Post order document review
9. Compliance to Client / consultant comments.

Other Job Requirements :

Good knowledge of major industry practices

Codes and Standards (e.g. API, ASME, HI, NFPA, PIP etc.)

Basic Job Requirements :

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical, Experience: 5-10 years in a Consulting / Engineering (EPC environment) preferable in Water Industrial effluent treatment and Hydrocarbon / Chemical / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.

Required Candidate profile:

The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering. The candidate should have full time work experience of 8-14 years.
