Managing customer accounts in North Region (PV, CV, 2W, 3W & OR customer also including new startup EV OEMS)
Identify new business opportunities, RFQ generation, timely response to RFQs and Commercial settlement/negotiation for new RFQs in line with Yazaki EBIT targets
Conduct Competition analysis, market analysis, market intelligence and propose strategies for business acquisition.
Obtain business nomination & PO
Customer relationship management with all stakeholders at customer end (Purchase, Engineering, Quality & Finance)
Establish direct functional contacts with counter-parts at customer end to facilitate faster responses.
Monitoring competitor activity/movement at customer end.
Customer Visits at desired frequency / as per visit plan.
Plan & facilitate meetings between Yazaki executives and customer senior management.
Prepare MIS data for internal management review
Forecasting and monitoring long term, yearly, quarterly, monthly business planning & forecasting of sales receivables
Timely price revisions for Currency and RM movement and EBIT protection
Commercial settlement during ECNs
Timely Payment collections for sales
