Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that drive business intelligence and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, coupled with practical experience in deploying and maintaining models in real-world applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
3. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
4. Implement, test, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
5. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into development processes.
6. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing systems.
7. Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
8. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist.
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
4. Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
5. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
6. Proficiency in working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. B.tech/B.E/Bsc in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Research experience in machine learning or related fields.
3. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
4. Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms.
5. Familiarity with DevOps practices for machine learning model deployment.
