Job Title: SAP GTS – Program Analyst
Salary: 22-23 LPA
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Pune, Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions.
Configure and customize SAP GTS modules to meet business needs.
Lead and participate in SAP GTS implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules and external systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and resolve system issues.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP GTS functionality.
Stay updated with SAP GTS latest developments and best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience working with SAP GTS.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP GTS modules.
Experience leading SAP GTS implementation projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience working with SAP GTS in a manufacturing or distribution industry is preferred.
