Job description
IntelliSurvey has an exciting opportunity for exceptional Project Managers who want to work remote from their home office in India. The PM is responsible for learning and navigating the IntelliSurvey software, programming online surveys, learning conventions, and testing their work and the work of others. Once the initial training is complete, the Project Manager will join a team where they will work alongside colleagues to support online research projects from clients around the world.
- The ideal candidate will be located in India.
- The required time zone for this position is Eastern Standard time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Work with your team to program and test, work with Project Managers II to develop more advanced skills.
- Program surveys quickly, and send notes internally to identify trouble spots promptly.
- Managing direct client relationships and communications from bid to invoice.
- Review questionnaires and understand the programming requirements.
- PMs should schedule a review with more senior staff before sending links to the client .
- Watch and learn from senior staff's email correspondence with client.
- Correspond with clients about items within their sphere of complete understanding.
- Become proficient at reviewing own code for trouble spots and sharing details with their team.
- Explore the system and acquire an ability to understand code independently by creating test surveys, etc.
- Participate in testing new software releases and features.
- Keep up to date on release notes and use the newest conventions.
- Coordinating with internal teams on technical and client issues.
- Tracking project time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of prior survey programming experience in an enterprise level survey programming software.
- At least 2 years of experience in a previous client service role.
- Working knowledge survey software and data structures.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, Microsoft Office, and complex spreadsheet manipulation.
- A basic understanding of computer languages including HTMP, CSS.
- Competency to problem solve technical tasks
- Excellent communication and technical skills, both oral and written
