Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to support the CEO of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and strategic support to the CEO, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and coordinating with various departments within the organization. The Manager to CEO will play a critical role in ensuring that the CEO's time is used effectively and that the organization is well-positioned for success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that the CEO is prepared for each appointment or meeting.
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, creating presentations, and preparing reports.
- Coordinating with various departments within the organization to ensure that the CEO is well-informed about the status of ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Conducting research and providing analysis on various topics as requested by the CEO.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising support staff, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serving as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the CEO in developing and executing the organization's strategic plan.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
