Job description

1 2 101 is the address to all things business, brand and buck. We are looking to hire a multitasking, social media geek who loves to stay up to date with trends and work on multiple clients to join our creative team for the next phase of our journey together.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop social media strategies that align with their goals and objectives. Coordinate with teams to create visually stunning and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, for various social media platforms. Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to craft and execute content strategies tailored for various social media platforms. Align content initiatives with brand strategy across all digital channels. Curate relevant industry content and stay informed about competitors for inspiration. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, meticulously tracking metadata. Maintain and optimise social media content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic postings. Capture and edit visuals, both videos and stills, adhering to brand standards. Assist in coordinating and executing photoshoots to generate compelling content. Foster interaction within the online community, actively growing the brand's following on social media accounts. Analyse performance metrics to optimise posting times and frequency for enhanced engagement.

Requirements: Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Multitasking and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Willingness to work across multiple brands
