Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Bulandshahr. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service staff, and participating in customer service projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience and expertise in customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of managing customer service teams and improving team performance
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
