Responsibility Expectations from the role:

• Good knowledge on Solace messaging and hardware architecture
• Strong knowledge in creating Solace objects like message-vpn, endpoints, clients etc.
• Experience in hardware maintenance activities
• Good experience in hardware replacements like NAB, ADB, HBA etc.
• Hands on experience in monitoring tools like ITRS, and [Newrelic is an added advantage]
• Have knowledge on APIs supported to Solace
• Sound knowledge in configuring new appliances
• Knowledge to handle ITIL components, like IM, PM, CM
• Knowledge on Solace message-vpn migrations
• Very good knowledge on SolOS and model upgrades
