Overview:
The role of a CA Finalist is crucial to the organizations financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of accounting and finance making it a stepping stone for a successful career as a Chartered Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis
- Participate in audit engagements and reviews
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Utilize accounting software for data analysis and reconciliation
- Conduct financial research and analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in financial risk management and internal controls
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Support in resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory management and cost control activities
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures
- Assist in financial planning and analysis
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on financial projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of the CA Final examination
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Relevant internship or work experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Sound understanding of taxation laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
