Job description
2-3 years of experience working with RPA OR 10+ years of programming experience (.NET, Java, etc.) is required.
5+ years' experience in a leading role within technical workstreams or IT / RPA / data analytics solutions delivery teams
Candidates must have experience of analysis and design of business processes
Experience presenting solutions to senior management
Knowledge and experience in RPA and Data Analytics essential
Highly PC literate with strong skills in MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word
Working experience on Relational Databases (MS SQL/ Oracle DB).
Working experience in SAP automation will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
1.Service Management
a. The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers in running the delivery and operations and drive the architecture, build, and testing, with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters.
b. Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customers, as well as ensure the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts.
c.Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision for the clients
d. Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence, and customer delight
e.Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies t and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate
f.Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the client and engagement.
g.Design and maintain high-performing service support functions to ensure that RPA solutions are performed and delivered in line with expected service levels
h.Ensure appropriate governance and rigor is applied to automation delivery ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the business
i.Monitor, support, and control service delivery ensuring that the procedures put in place are effective and properly implemented
2.Stakeholder Management
a. Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders to be well-positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions – and to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction
3.People Management
a. Ensure a close partnership with Performance Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI/OKR measurements
b. Engage cross-functionally with the Products and Consulting team on information exchange and requirements planning
