Job Title: International Banking Loan Process Agent
Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an International Banking Loan Tele Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients internationally via telephone to promote our banking loan products and services. Your objective will be to generate leads, provide comprehensive information, and facilitate the loan application process for clients located outside the United States.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to introduce and explain our banking loan products and services.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of our various loan offerings, including terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
3. Assess the financial needs and requirements of international clients and provide personalized recommendations regarding suitable loan options.
4. Address inquiries from clients related to loan products, repayment terms, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
5. Document accurate and detailed client information, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
6. Proactively follow up with international clients to guide them through the loan application process and assist with any queries or concerns they may have.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, international relations, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, with a focus on international markets and clientele.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Strong understanding of international banking practices, cross-border transactions, and regulatory requirements.
5. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
