This role is within the Corporate R&A team covering the Australia/ New Zealand region. The Corporate R&A team is a dynamic team with exposure to various sectors with end to end management of their portfolio. The R&A role is primarily responsible for identifying and effectively managing the assigned portfolio. End-to-end relationship credit management process covering Credit Writing, Risk Grading, Risk Analysis & Credit Approval, Documentation and Portfolio Monitoring (well managed). Deep understanding of credit management processes and relevant dependent processes and product areas with a focus on continuous improvement and actively contribute to Institutional’ s credit process improvement initiatives Job Responsibilities: To perform research & analysis and other credit management activities for IB clients. These include preparation of: Asset Writing Memos (AWM) for Authorized Point status clients Financial Monitoring Dairy Notes (DN) Annual Review Credit Memorandums (ARCM) & All other credit management activities as identified by Credit and Capital Management (CCM) from time to time. About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following – Credit Analysis skills (strong fundamentals Business acumen & knowledge Excellent report writing skills Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a premier institution or other avenues such as Masters in Economics, etc Excellent communication and ability to build effective relationships stakeholders 4-6 years’ work experience in the field of credit analysis or research fieldJob tags
