Company Description Switch Entertainment is a pioneering company in the talent management and film production industry, dedicated to empowering actors and influencers and creating compelling stories on screen. As we prepare for our grand launch on March 28th, 2024, we are looking for experienced professionals from the media and entertainment industry to join our team in Mumbai.

Role Description This is a contract role as a Human Resources Manager. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications Experience in the media and entertainment industry Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle employee relations issues Experience in recruitment and onboarding Knowledge of performance management and employee development Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
