Machine Division , known all over India as a technology leader in metal forming machines, offers an extensive range of Hydraulic Presses, CNC Tube Benders, SPMs, technologies and services, to cater to a wide range of applications and industry sectors. Roles and Responsibilities: Will be working on new machine and technology developments. Detail engineering calculations Finite Element Analysis and Optimisation Component sizing and selection Will be responsible for managing the design team and collaborating with other departments to integrate different technologies into our machines to continuously improve our offerings. Lead the design team until project completion. Execute structural design and calculation. The Design Head will be responsible for streamlining and improving production processes and ensuring all machines meet quality standards and specifications. Candidate Profile: Experience in the metal-forming industry and experience managing a design team. Experience working in the machine-building industry Dynamic personality to manage a team of young and talented engineers to execute projects smoothly and deliver on time. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines The candidate should have sound knowledge of design calculations for various machines. A good exposure to and knowledge of engineering standards Have experience and sound knowledge of the process. Establish and implement good work practices in the department.
