Job Title: Customer Support Executive Financial Services
Location: Noida Sector 128
Salary Package:
- For candidates with 1 year of experience in any customer service: 22000 INR in hand
- For freshers: 16000 INR in hand

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their financial needs.
- Educate customers about various financial products and services offered by the bank including loans credit cards bank accounts fixed deposits etc.
- Generate leads and effectively convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and uptodate information to customers regarding product features eligibility criteria documentation requirements and application processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales marketing and operations to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach to problemsolving.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
- High level of integrity professionalism and commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
