Our comprehensive services portfolio enables us to service our customers across industry verticals and geographies. We are hiring for the Fusion HCM Functional Consultant role based out of Hyderabad or Gurgaon. We are looking at immediate/early joiners. Looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with excellent communication and expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory). Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk. Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast FormulaPossess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudExcellent communication & Interpersonal Skills. The Ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective functional support for the enterprise business process area.Job tags
