Job description

Job Title: Assistant Vice President - Program Manager
Experience:- 5 to 8 years
Job Location:- Mumbai
Notice Period:- 0 to 30 days

Key Focus Areas:-
Stakeholder Management:-
- Demonstrate effective communication with stakeholder groups, partners, and account owners to achieve organizational goals.
Risk Management:-
- Identify and assess program-associated risks, formulating risk mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and address potential issues or obstacles that could impact the program's success.
Issue Resolution:-
- Serve as an escalation point for partner issues, collaborating closely with internal teams for timely resolution. Ensure the partner's voice is heard, and their needs are addressed promptly.
Process Improvement:-
- Evaluate and enhance processes and systems to boost efficiency and enhance the overall partner experience.
Due Diligence:-
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the book by thorough scrutiny of proposals at both the quotation stage and post-release, adhering to the established framework.
IRDA and Compliance Reporting & Audit:-
- Ensure team adherence to IRDA guidelines for user onboarding, user journeys, and IRDA reporting. Provide support to partners regarding reports needed for IRDA compliance. Actively participate in both internal and external audits as required.
Audit:-
- Maintain all records for audit purposes.
Financial Transactions:-
- Collaborate with the finance team to record, manage expenses, and distribute commercial resources.
Training:-
- Ensure periodic training for new recruits.

Qualifications & Competencies:-
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-8 years of experience in handling key account partnerships. Project management experience would be an additional advantage.
- Experience in program management, Inside Sales, and Lead Generation.
Relationship Management:-
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish and nurture strong partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.
Negotiation and Communication:-
- Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
