Job description

Designation: Customer Associate.
Work location: Chennai (Please share the complete location)
Work days: rotation shift and 5 days working
Contract or Perm: perm roll/ On rolls
Interview: F2F interview (Client will follow up with candidate and get it done)
Timings/Rotational Shift: Night shift
Transport facility: Yes both side
Salary: 3.2 CTC/ Month
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Customer service
Education: Any Diploma or graduation would work.
Notice Period: 15 to 30 days.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• It's a non voice process,
• 6 months Customer service experience (Voice or Non-voice),
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Interview Process:

• 1st round - Telephonic round
• 2nd round - F2F

After selection, BGV will be initiated and will provide the start date of the candidates.
