Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a

Statistical Process Control Engineer

to support our projects in

Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

You'll be responsible for : Collecting and analyzing

data

using

Statistical Process Control

(SPC)

methodologies

to ensure the quality and consistency of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Utilizing

expertise in Management Engineering

to effectively

implement SP C principles and techniques. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and input into

Minitab

for statistical analysis and interpretation. Implementing and maintaining

SPC tools

and methodologies provided by the customer to monitor and improve process performance. Conducting regular reviews and audits to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. Providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About you: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, or a related field, with a strong

understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles . At least

5 years of experience

as a Process Engineer. Proficiency in using

Minitab

for

data analysis and interpretation . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Continuous learner, willing to stay updated with the latest developments in SPC methodologies and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
