Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategicminded Chief of Staff to provide critical support to our organization. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and the entire team to facilitate effective decisionmaking drive operational excellence and enable the successful execution of our business strategy. The ideal candidate should have exceptional project management communication and leadership skills and should be comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities would include
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team providing strategic and operational support to drive the success of the organization.
- Lead crossfunctional initiatives and projects to ensure the successful execution of key business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including partners and investors.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and prioritize the CEOs schedule including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentations.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure alignment across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to ensure that the organization is running efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and lead executive meetings including preparing agendas facilitating discussions and ensuring followup action items are completed.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Excellent project management communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
