Akshayakalpa is India's first and most significant, Organic Milk producer every day reaching about 150,000 households in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. We believe a lot of wrong has been done to farmers and food in the last few decades and our attempt is to make it right for both. We do this by creating role model farmers in villages who can inspire other farmers to stay put, grow and thrive in their own villages.

As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling text content and collaborating closely with the graphic designer to produce captivating creatives that resonate with our brand. Your creativity and linguistic expertise will be instrumental in shaping the narrative of Akshayakalpa, contributing to a cohesive and engaging brand presence. You should be a great people person 'with all your wins are yours, and all your failures are mine' approach in growing and building the teams.

The position is based out of Bangalore and You will report to the Marketing - Head and shall perform the following specific functions.

Roles And Responsibilities.

• Generate creative and impactful copy to fulfill the brand's overall content requirements.
• Ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platforms.
• Develop a style guide - grammar, tense, keywords and other linguistic elements that will help in overall brand recognition and recollection.
• In charge of all event-based content - invitations, blog posts, social media creatives, aligning with the brand's messaging and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to create cohesive and engaging content that seamlessly integrates text and visuals.
• Write and curate social media posts that reflect the brand's personality and engage the target audience effectively.
• Maintain accurate and compelling descriptions/titles for YouTube content.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Graduation OR Post Graduation with 5-6 years' experience

  Additional Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

• Expert in English language with preferably an associated degree/certification
• Prior experience in copywriting is a must, with a proven track record of creating impactful copy for diverse marketing channels.
• Believer and advocate of organic
• Feels strongly about sustainability and is trying to make conscious choices.
