Job description
1. Marketing
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies including budgeting, planning, scheduling and execution of various activities pertaining to marketing.
Presentations and meetings to promote X-Force brand by Meeting customers and presenting / demonstrating product.
Presentation at various events arranged by technical groups like ISA, ECI, ARC etc.
Plan and Arrange marketing events across India.
Planning and participation in expos.
Manage Digital Marketing
o Webinars
o Social Media Marketing
o Email campaigns by preparing content and coordinate to send emails from stack-holders email account.
o Facilitate writing blogs, white papers etc. by product owners and subject matter experts.
Content Management
o Paper Templates, Catalogues, standees, infographics
o Web site content
o Product presentations, datasheets, flyers
o Co-ordinate to prepare and keep updated demo systems / web sites / virtual machine.
o Festival greetings
Ensure online presence.
o SEO
o Online ads in platforms like google, linked-in etc.
o Track conversation on website, google maps, WhatsApp, linked-in etc.
2. Capax Tracking
Tracking various capax projects coming up in country.
Present and influence consultants and customers.
Co-ordinate and track EPC, DCS Vendors, Primary bidder to place our product in project.
Co-ordinate with vertical and horizontal sales team to trigger activities to ensure our presence.
2. Lead Management
Review all potential leads gained through marketing various marketing campaign/activities.
register all potential leads in CRM system and share to respective Horizontal for further perusal.
4. Data/Report Management
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual marketing calendar.
Forecast quarterly and annual performance .
Planning Marketing budgets for execution of Activities for Respective financial year and claim budget towards respective Activity with ROI/Lead/Outcomes report.
Prepare report on lead analysis to understand the product demand and market position of the organization.
