Service Engineer

This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role located in Noida. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair, and communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The Service Engineer will work closely with the production, quality control and sales team, and provide solutions to the client which are effective and efficient.

• Experience with troubleshooting, field service, maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical support skills
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with web offset printing machines or slitter rewinding machines would be advantageous
• Ability to travel domestically as required
  

The ideal candidate for this role would be a self-motivated problem-solver who can work independently as well as a part of a team. They should have good communication skills to establish a good rapport with clients, listen to their issues, and provide them with quick and effective solutions.
