What are we building We are developing a platform which will help our field operations team to effectively manage their task, capture cultivation logs from million plus hectares of paddy fields, effectively manage the supply chain of agri-inputs and aggregate third party services required during the lifecycle of paddy fields. The Current tech stack includes React Native for mobile applications, ReactJs for web app powered by Rest APIs developed with JAVA using Spring and Hibernate.
What are we looking for 1 to 3 years of IT experience in core web fundamentals, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Proficiency in developing new user-facing features using React.js. The ability to build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Proficiency in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Skills to optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers. Strong proficiency in JavaScript A thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Familiarity with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Exposure to ES6/ES7 and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with UI component libraries, such as Ant-UI or Bootstrap. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Familiarity with Git (GitHub).
