Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Group Head Brand Management who has ultimate accountability for the effectiveness of the entire Client Servicing team. A Group Head looks beyond the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue. with all the verticals. This role is responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of the Indian digital space.
- Ensure the delivery of operational processes to high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional client experience supporting to business growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
- Implement and improve on processes to ensure a leading service is provided to clients.
- Thinking and creating strategies for client brands that deliver on client brie
- Achieving on revenue targets and payment collection targets
- Managing a team of client servicing executives
- Good understand of both creativity and technology.
- Organic growth opportunities: Upsell and cross sell All Mirum services to existing client EG Technology solutions
- Develop campaigns to sell technology led services from Mirum
- Prior Experience in handling large Client accounts.
- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.
Business Skills
- Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service
- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.
- Developing Proposals and Pitches for Prospective clients

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Should have prior experience with Advertising agencies
