Senior Manager- Finance & Accounts
Position open 1 Years of experience 3 - 5 years (Years post CA qualified) Highest Qualification Chartered Accountant ( max 4-5 attempts) CTC Range 8 - 12LPA Location - Mumbai Statutory GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, PT, monthly payments & return filling within due dates. Preparation of monthly MIS pack, consisting of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Operating Profit calculations Business Unit wise, product profitability reports, cash flow projections and management. Working on Companys Annual Operating plan, setting up budgets, tracking actuals and variance analysis. Inventory Control Issue Open to Buy workings on a quarterly basis to Biz team and track the same against PO issue and inwards. Conducting Quarterly Inventory audits and clear any mismatch with the books. Budget Control - Setting up budgets, for each team, tracking actuals and reporting the variance analysis. Finance Operations Ensure book keeping is 100% and on time, statutory compliance within due dates, customer and vendor account reconciliations. Handling internal and statutory audits, Month End and Year End book closures. Desired Skills Finance professional with 3-5 years post CA qualified. Strong accounting skills with an up-to-date knowledge of Accounting standards and corporate laws. Basic Knowledge about GST and Income Tax Act. Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge on working on Tally is a must. Taking ownership and leading new initiatives. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Job tags
